2 year Limited Warranty
All Redeeming-the-Time watches are warranted for a period of 2 years from
original date of purchase. The warranty will cover defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use.
Components covered include watch movement, hands and dials. They will be
repaired or the watch will be replaced with one of equal value and similar
appearance (at the sole discretion of our repair center.) A $15.00 return
shipping and handling fee applies to all service. There is no refund
service.
This warranty does not apply to case, glass, crystal, strap or batteries. It
is void for damages caused by improper handling, accident, misuse, neglect
or replacement of parts not warranted. The company shall not be liable for
water damages resulting from violation of marked water-resistant limits.
(Unless otherwise marked, “water-resistant” means 30 meters resistance.)

Wrap securely, preferably in mailing boxes. Enclose your invoice/receipt and
write your return address in a separate paper. Your watch will be repaired
or replaced and returned within 3 to 5 weeks from the date we receive your
package. We encourage you to send your watch insured and through a traceable
shipper. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
